Absolute Essential Lavender Spike (Organic) provides a more camphor-like scent than Lavender True, this is the preferred Lavender oil for supporting healthy lungs and clear breathing. 

In this pristine, organic state, it is ideal for steam inhalation and baths. With antibacterial properties Lavender Spike is also popular for topical application in blends where skin health needs support. Lavender Spike has a gentle penetrating aroma that encourages deep healthy breathing. It offers cleansing properties to support natural recovery from respiratory ills. Ideal for young children and the elderly. 

Also known as Portuguese Lavender, Lavender Spike is a strongly aromatic shrub growing up to 80cm tall and is native to the western Mediterranean region. It has the highest camphor content of the whole Lavender family.

As with all Lavenders, the Spike variety is relaxing, restorative and gentle and can be recommended for children and the elderly.

The Difference Between Lavenders:

It offers cleansing and relieving properties to support natural recovery from respiratory illness and is ideal for young children and elderly. A useful addition to massage blends for treating body tension and injury.
