Diffusion: 5-10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required.

Perfume/Inhalation: Add a few drops to your collar or pillow.

Pulse Points: Smudge onto wrists and back of neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage).

Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into bath water.

Massage: Mix 4 drops to 1 teaspoon of unscented body oil.

Precautions

This blend is very safe if applied as directed.
Not for internal use: if ingested do not induce vomiting, drink milk or water, consult a health specialist.
Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water.
Keep out of reach of children.
