Diffuser: 6-8 drops in diffuser. Adjust amount depending on the size of your diffuser.

Bath: 6-8 drops in bath. For sensitive skin, dilute by mixing essential oil into 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil.

Massage: 3 drops in 1 teaspoon of massage (carrier) oil.

Pulse points: 1 drop for palm/pulse points. (Avoid touching your face, especially eyes.)

Precautions

Store in a cool, dark place and out of reach of children.
Essential oils are delicate, their freshness will be depend on how you treat them. Please take care and treat them with love.
Use only as directed.
