A: Hello Mel, thank you for your question on the product EstoClear. We have a response from our supplier.
"Without knowing what symptoms acustomer is struggling with in particular it's hard to made an informed recommendation however for someone entering peri-menopause we would suggest our CycleCalm over Estroclear.
Estroclear is for those who have excess Estrogen in their system whereas perimenopause causes hormones (including estrogen) to rise and fall frequently which often leads to irregular cycles. CycleCalm will assist to regulate cycles and hormone levels during this time."

A: Hello Drea, thank you for your question. We have a reply from our supplier.
“You certainly can take both CycleCalm and EstroClear at the same time. CycleCalm works to support low progesterone levels for hormonal balance, while EstroClear works to support and detoxify high oestrogen levels for hormonal balance. You can have both low progesterone and high oestrogen and in those cases both products would be suitable.”
