Take: One capsule per day. 

If you're new to taking DIM (the hero ingredient in PMS Peace) -  start on a gradual dose for the first week - to give your body time to adjust.

Open the capsule and pour half the contents onto a teaspoon. Reseal the capsule and take the remaining half the following day.

Black cohosh (Cimcifuga racemosa) 100mg
Kelp (Fucus vesiculosis) equiv. to dry leaf 188mg
- (providing iodine 150mcg)
Quercetin dihydrate (Sophora japonica) - equiv to Quercetin 75mg
P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - equiv. to Vitamin B6 30mg
Zinc gluconate - equiv Zinc 5mg

Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate, silica, microcrystalline cellulose.
