Blackmores Deep Sleep - Supports Sleep Quality: Supports deep sleep which is the sleep stage that contributes to the restorative function of sleep. 

Valerian supports deep sleep. Valerian and magnesium as well as traditional herbs including hops, traditionally used in Chinese practice. Supports refreshing sleep.

• Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

Ziziphus (Zizyphys jujube var spinosa) extract dry conc.250 mg equiv.dry seed 5g
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) extract dry conc.300 mg equiv.dry root 1.2g
Hops (Humulus Lupulus) extract dry conc.40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200mg.
