Blackmores Fall Asleep This triple action formula uses ingredients such as magnesium as well as traditional herbs including lemon balm and lavender, traditionally used in Western herbal practice to support mind relaxation and ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese practice to support a restful sleep.
