• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Each capsule provides:

Tagetes erecta (Marigold) extract equiv. to dry flower (standardised to contain lutein esters calculated as lutein 5mg)  500mg
Selenomethionine  (Selenium 50µg) 122µg
Zeaxanthin 1mg
Concentrated omega-3 triglycerides-fish  850mg
Containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 500mg as:
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 325mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 175mg

No added yeast, gluten, wheat or milk products. No added artificial sweeteners.

Contains fish, soya bean products and sulfites.
