Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk

Directions
- In a jar combine the chia seeds, coconut milk and maple syrup and shake/stir for a few minutes. Once combined pop in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, remove pudding from the fridge and top with your choice of berries.
