- What is your biggest wellness goal in 2025?
Nourishing myself well postpartum and while breastfeeding and bringing as much nutrient dense, nourishing food as I can to my family so we can all thrive! I have a 7-week-old baby and a two-year-old, so I’m busy!! - How do you like to reset healthy rituals after the holiday season?
I love to reset after the holiday season by getting in the kitchen and making sure there is healthy baking in the freezer and homemade snacks ready to snack on and put in lunchboxes. I think that then gives us a good foundation and helps with the busy schedule to not just be grabbing quick packaged foods and it also helps us stay fuelled for longer when we are out. - Which HealthPost favourite will you be turning to, to keep healthy habits going? And why?
In keeping with wanting to increase nutritional value in our family food, I am most excited to be using Nutra Organics Bone Broth powder this year to boost our meals and the baby food that I will soon be preparing!
