Made using leftover nut mylk pulp from making homemade nut mylks, this raw treat is super easy and great for on-the-go. It’s the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and pre- or post-gym snack to keep you fueled and ready to take on your day.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup nut mylk pulp
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup protein powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup rice syrup
- ¼ cup cacao butter or coconut oil
Method:
- Mix everything together to form a paste
- Roll into balls
- Refrigerate until set
- Enjoy
