What's more refreshing than mint, cucumber and lemon to spruce up a standard drink? This Chlorophyll spritzer is perfect if you’ve overindulged or are simply looking for a healthy and gentle cleanse to support healthy digestion.
Chlorophyll a nutritious green superfood that helps to promote the natural cleansing, alkalising and detoxifying functions of the body acting as an internal deodoriser. It’s easily absorbed and utilised by the body. What’s more, just 15ml of Nature’s Sunshine Chlorophyll provides you with the equivalent of 2 ½ cups of spinach – great for those that struggle getting their greens in.
Ingredients:
- 1L sparking water
- ¼ cup Nature’s Sunshine Chlorophyll
- 1 cup ice
Garnish:
- Cucumber
- Mint leaves
- Lemon slices
Method:
1. Add sparkling water and Chlorophyll to a jug.
2. Using a peeler, peel cucumber lengthways to create a ribbon.
3. Place cucumber ribbon against inside edge of tall glasses and fill with ice cubes, poor spritzer over ice and garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
