Ingredients:
- 50ml of Daily Good Organic Fiji Ginger Immunity Shots
- 1 Tbsp LSA
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp spirulina powder (optional - we recommend BioBalance Spirulina Powder)
- Handful of frozen fruit – we used a tropical mix
- Handful of spinach
- 1/3 cup of greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup of almond milk – or your choice of milk
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
- Add extra milk or water to get desired consistency.
- Sprinkle the top of your smoothie with a little extra spirulina powder, coconut flakes or sesame seeds to decorate.
- Enjoy!
