Ingredients:

Spiced orange honey

  • 1 cup Biohoney Manuka Honey MG300+
  • 1 organic orange, peel and juice
  • 3 whole star anise
  • 3 cinnamon quills
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 3-4 whole cardamom pods
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla paste

Restorative magnesium mocktail

Calming mushroom hot toddy

  • 1 cup brewed chamomile tea
  • 1 tablespoon spiced orange honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Flow State PM Blend

Method:

To make the spiced orange syrup

  1. Gently warm the honey over low heat in a small pot
  2. Peel the orange zest into delicate ribbon strips and juice the orange
  3. Add both the peel and juice to the pot with the honey, along with the whole spices
  4. Infuse for 10 to 15 minutes until you achieve the desired flavour

To make the functional sleepy magnesium mocktail

  1. Combine the magnesium powder with a little water and mix until dissolved
  2. Top the glass with soda water or your favourite kombucha
  3. Stir in spiced orange honey syrup
  4. Add ice and garnish with an orange slice
  5. Slurp away!

To make the functional, calming mushroom hot toddy

  1. Brew a cup of chamomile tea
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon Flow State PM Blend
  3. Sweeten with spiced orange honey to taste
