Creamy avocado hemp dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 Tablespoons Chantal Organics Organic Hemp Hearts
- 2-3 Tablespoons Chantal Organics Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons BioBalance Barley Grass
- 1 garlic clove
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a jar, ready to serve.
- If you have some leftovers, refrigerate them and use within 1-2 days.

Tahini turmeric dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Chantal Organics Hulled Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Chantal Organics Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric)
- 1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup or your sweetener of choice
- 2 Tablespoons Lotus Savoury Yeast Flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a jar, ready to serve.
- If you have leftovers, refrigerate and use within 4 days. Please note: You might need to add a little extra water to thin the dressing out after refrigeration.
