Many thanks
If you are low in copper and it's affecting your iron absorption then this product could potentially be supportive but it would be best to speak to your doctor or a qualified dietician before taking this supplement and about the right dose of iron for your unique case. Copper is not recommended for long term use. Minerals tend to be synergistic (they rely on one another for absorption) and can also be antagonistic (taking single nutrients long term may not be suitable for everyone and it may affect the balance between minerals.) A combination of trace minerals may be a better and more comprehensive option, as it offers a trace amounts of a variety of minerals healthpost.co.nz/biotrace-cmd-concentrated-mineral-drops-btcmd1-p
