Directions
Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by a nutritionally informed physician.
Adequate intake of vitamin A and magnesium support the optimal benefit of vitamin D3 supplementation. Eat a varied and healthy diet with plenty of green and coloured vegetables or, if your diet is not optimal, take a premium quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement.
