Directions
To make room deodorising spray, use 20 drops lemongrass, 10 drops lime blended into 60ml water and 40 ml vodka. Shake well. Spray a cloth to wipe out for smelly fridges and cupboards.
All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10mls of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).
Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.
Precautions
- Never ingest essential oils.
- Never use them undiluted on your skin.
- If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
- Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
- Keep out of reach of children
- Never use essential oils topically on babies under 3 months old (except under the guidance of a qualified therapist). If using topically with children, halve the amount of essential oils used (e.g. 2 drops per 10 ml).

- Avoid lemongrass during pregnancy.
