Omega 3 fatty acids are building blocks for the brain. Each Efamol Active Memory capsule provides 250mg of Omega 3 DHA, the level shown to support optimal brain function.

Vitamins B12 and folic acid support nervous system function and balanced homocysteine metabolism. Healthy homocysteine levels are necessary for healthy brain function, especially as we age.

Vitamin B12 supports conduction of electrical impulses in the nervous sytem and proper functioning of the brain. Ginkgo Biloba has been traditionally used to support healthy circulation and mental focus. Phosphatidylserine is an essential component of cell membranes of nerves and brain tissue.
