Enzymedica Enzyme Nutrition Multi-Vitamin contains Enzyme Activated Nutrients (EAN) which provide nutrition in a manner that requires the least amount of energy to benefit the body. • Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not exceed 300 micrograms (1000 IUs) of Vitamin A per day.  If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.  Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
  

Take one capsule twice a day (morning and afternoon) for best results.
If preferred, two capsules can be taken anytime during the day, with or without food.
The capsule can be opened and contents can be mixed with food or fluids.
