Enzymedica Fasting Today is a 3-in-1 essentials drink mix to support intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting offers benefits for the body and brain, including support for healthy weight management, energy levels, and healthy ageing.

Fasting Today is formulated with ingredients to help make fasting successful. With three essentials in one convenient product - electrolytes support hydration and healthy cell and organ function during fasting; baobab fibre, considered a superfood, supports hunger; plus, all nine essential amino acids are included to support muscle strength, muscle protein synthesis and prevent muscle wasting during fasting. 

During fasting, individuals may experience detoxification of toxins stored in tissues and changes in bowel movements.

Magnesium oxide is included in this formulation to support bowel regularity. Simply shake a scoop with water, drink up and carry on with your fast. Also substitutes as a pre, during, or post-workout drink to support muscle recovery.
