Ages 12+: Mix 1.5 Tbsp (11g) in 200ml of water. Stir well. 

For optimal results, take 15-30 minutes before your workout. 

If you are sensitive to Beta-alanine, we recommend taking this with a pre-training snack.

L-theanine 200mg
