Sun Balm Natural Sunscreen SPF 50

Goodbye Sun Balm Natural Sunscreen SPF 50 has been fully tested to the ASNZ 2604: 2012 standard. Under two different protocols. It is both 50SPF with 2 hrs water resistance and SPF40 with 4hrs water resistance, and provides broad spectrum coverage. With zinc oxide in a natural biodegradable base, high water resistance, and cardboard packaging, this natural sunscreen is a good choice for you and the environment.

Goodbye Sun Balm Natural Sunscreen SPF50 offers a high-performance sunscreen in a cardboard jar, without plastic tubes or bottles. This is possible because of the New Zealand innovated, water-free formulation. Use directly from the cardboard jar, or refill your smaller containers refill as needed. 

This sunscreen is certified natural by NATRUE and is formulated with anti-oxidant rich ingredients to support your skin. It can be used on lips and eyelids as well as hands, face and body. Sun Balm won’t sting your eyes. The texture is silky smooth. It smells deliciously of cocoa butter and gentle peppermint. Because it has no water, you need less product.  This is a great sunscreen for sailors, kayakers, runners, golfers, people who because of their sport or work need water-resistant or sweat resistant protection in the high sun hours. 

Glides on easily with a dot, dot, dot application and then connecting the dots.

If you use it under makeup, apply Sun Balm thinly and evenly first, then wait 15 minutes before applying makeup. 
If you are using this in a marine environment, you can apply more thickly, and you will have a white cast at first which will normalise after about 20 minutes. 

In high UV index hours- apply every two hours if you are in sustained exposure.  

To maintain the moisturisation and antioxidant benefits, gently use a warm washcloth and no or minimal cleansing product at the end of the day.

To use: Apply generously to the skin 20 minutes before skin exposure, then reapply frequently, and after swimming, sweating or toweling.
