Children Ages 1-12 years: Use a dry teaspoon to mix 5.3g (1 heaped teaspoon) of powder into 100ml of water or add to a smoothie for a delicious berry flavoured drink. 

Take once daily for best results. 

Seal jar tightly after use. Store in a cool dry place and use within 3 months of opening.
