Directions
To bake: You will need 150g cold salted butter and 1 tbsp (20 ml) cold water. Empty the contents of packet into a medium sized mixing bowl. Rub the butter into flour mix until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the cold water and mix with a fork until the mixture comes together into a ball. Roll out or press into a 22cm tart tin. Refrigerate or freeze in tin until ready to fill and bake.

Precautions
- Contains tree nuts and lupin.
- Peanuts and soy may be present on the production line.
"Yes the pastry works very well with coconut oil.
If you are not a fan of coconut flavour, be sure to use deodorized or refined coconut oil.
It is also good to add a good pinch of salt.
If following a recipe that uses butter, reduce the coconut oil substitute by approx 15%."
