Low Carb Life Raspberry White Chocolate Slice is so rich and decadent, you won't believe this sweet treat meets your macros. Packed with top quality, sugar free chocolate and tangy freeze dried raspberries, just add some pantry staples and enjoy.
  • Contains almonds, lupin and soy.
You will need: 1 packet of mix, 150g butter, 3 eggs.

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line 20cmx20cm tray with baking paper.

Tip contents of packet into bowl. Melt butter in small bowl in microwave for 1 minute on high. Add butter to mixing bowl and whisk to melt. It will be thick. Add eggs and whisk.

Pour into lined tray and bake 30 minutes or until cooked. Allow to cool, slice in 16 squares.

White chocolate buttons (33%) (maltitol, cocoa solids, milk solids, soy protein isolate, soy lecithin, natural flavour)

Soluble corn fibre

Erythritol

Almond meal

Lupin flour

Tapioca starch

Coconut flour

Psyllium

Freeze dried raspberries (2%)
