Mountain Valley Manuka Honey has a full bodied grainy/firm texture with a scrumptiously strong earthy flavour and robust aromas that leave the taste buds tingling. Mountain Valley bees forage in the Marlborough Sounds and Mount Richmond native Forest Parks where they collect a pure nectar free from horticultural sprays.

If the honey granulates naturally, it can be liquified by gentle warming.
