30c Tablets
Acute: Suck and chew 2 tablets per dose orally at 15-minute intervals for up to 6 doses (if required) then 3 times a day as required. 
Chronic: Suck and chew 2 tablets per dose orally 3 times a day as required.

200c Tablets

With homoeopathic remedies the product should be taken minimally to support positive change in the body. You may only need a 1 – 2 doses. While it is recommended that 30c homoeopathic products be taken 3 times a day, a 200c should only be taken once per day for 3 days until change is noticed, and then the remedy should be stopped. Repeat the dose if needed. For longer term or more specific support, we recommend discussing the dose with a homoeopath.
