NOW Foods L-Theanine Double Strength 200mg is a unique amino acid found naturally in the tea plant (camellia sinensis). Theanine supports relaxation and mental clarity and supports healthy brain function. Theanine may also support healthy vascular function through this relaxing effect.

This product has twice the L-Theanine (200 mg per capsules) as in NOW Foods regular strength product (100 mg per capsule). Natural colour variation may occur in this product.
