Atlantic Dulse Leaves and flakes are one of our most popular seaweeds because of their amazing cleansing properties and wonderful flavours.
Dulse has been dubbed a "vegan bacon," as it has a naturally smoky, salty flavour. Use flakes to garnish your meals, or add to a detox smoothie. Eat the leaves straight from the bag, or gently heat/fry to intensify flavours!

Looking for a special twist on your salmon?
We sprinkled a little Smoked Atlantic Dulse flakes and garlic kelp onto this salmon at our pre-lockdown supper club dinner party and it was incredible.
The smoky dulse flavour and subtle garlic undertones were perfect!
Smoked Dulse Flakes were heralded as "the most innovative product" at this year's Auckland Food Show!

Add seaweed to your savoury baking for an amazing umami flavour and a burst of nutrients and minerals. 🍞
