Ages 3-8 years: Take ¼ tsp daily. Add powder to cold liquid and drink daily.
Ages 9-18 years: Take ½ tsp daily. Add powder to cold liquid and drink daily.
Adults: 1 tsp (5g) daily. Add powder to cold liquid and drink daily.

For more stubborn gut: 2 tsp (10 g) daily.

Serving suggestion: Simply add to water, yoghurt, juice, or smoothies.
