Solgar Green Tea Leaf Extract combines both standardized herbal extract providing 200 mg of polyphenols, guaranteed levels of the active ingredient and whole green tea leaf powder. Green Tea is a potent antioxidant providing broad protective effects in the body against free radical damage. 

The secret of green tea lies in the fact it is rich in catechin polyphenols.  Green tea contains a smaller amount of caffeine than black tea however it may provide an energy lift, it has also been used in support weight management as it may help increase metabolism, through increased fat burning.
