Nettle Loose Leaf Tea

Nettle has been used as a herbal remedy dating back as far as Ancient Greece.

Serving size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup.
Water temperature: 100 degrees celcius.
Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes.

*Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.
*Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
