<p>Herbal teas are a tasty, caffeine-free alternative to conventional black tea and they are full of healthy plant nutrients like antioxidants and phytochemicals.</p>
<p>Our range of herbal teas offers a wide variety of lovely flavours, available as special herbal blends or as single herbs, in loose-leaf or tea bags. You can even create your own signature blend by combining two or more loose-leaf teas. We have <a href="https://www.healthpost.co.nz/healthy-food-drink/tea-drinks-tonics/black-tea/">Black Tea</a> and <a href="https://www.healthpost.co.nz/healthy-food-drink/tea-drinks-tonics/green-teas-matcha/">Green Tea</a> available too.</p>
<p>Herbal teas are best brewed for 5 to 10 minutes, as longer brewing times give more flavour, colour, and plant compounds.</p>
<p>Various parts of the plant can be used:</p>

<p>Organic herbal tea can be enjoyed hot or cold. Flower and fruit-based teas often make the tastiest and best coloured iced teas. For extra flavour try using an extra bag or teaspoon in your iced tea mix — brew with hot water, cool, then just add ice. After opening, store your tea away from light in an airtight container, to retain freshness and phytochemicals.</p>
